Leonard Lynskey
CEO

Leonard Lynskey is from San Francisco, California and moved to Texas with his family in 1971. He is a 1985 Graduate from The University of Houston School of Pharmacy. In 1996, Leonard and his wife, Debra, founded DSM Pharmacy, which specialized in providing medications to Dialysis and Transplant Patients. In 1998 they sold DSM Pharmacy to Statdlanders Pharmacy. Leonard stayed with Stadtlanders as a Regional Manager and that company was eventually bought by CVS Procare. He served as an Area Vice President until January of 2001 for CVS Procare. In July 2001, Sachse Pharmacy was founded. Originally Sachse Pharmacy was a traditional retail pharmacy, complete with greeting cards, delivery service, and in store charge accounts. In 2004 they began providing service to consumers in community based group homes. In 2008, they sold the retail operation of Sachse Pharmacy, changed their name to Complete Pharmacy Care, and focused on partnering with companies that oversee group home residents to provide an unparalleled level of care.

Leonard has been married for twenty years and has six children, ranging in age from three to thirty two, and also been blessed with two grandchildren. His oldest daughter Amy is also his business partner and Chief Operating Officer for Complete Pharmacy Care.
