How can I become a customer with Complete Pharmacy Care?
To become a customer with Complete Pharmacy Care, you need to meet the following criteria: must have a chronic illness and must be receiving nursing care either at home or a nursing facility. If you meet these criteria, you then contact our facility with: patient demographics, insurance information, date of birth, social security number, Medicaid and Medicare information, copies of most current, signed Physician Orders and the type of compliance packaging that is preferred (Pill Bottles, Blister Cards, Opus Cassettes and/or Fastpak EXP.)

Is there a cost to join?
There is no cost to join. We directly bill Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance Providers through our specialized Accounting Department.
Is a contract required?
Contracts are only required by the regulation of your facility, which is done on a case by case basis. We do ask that you allow 60-90 days to enroll and give at least a 30 day notice to discontinue services, as we fill prescriptions a month in advance and make changes accordingly.
How long does it take to get enrolled with Complete Pharmacy Care?
Once all of the patient information is received, it takes one cycle to get all of the medication on the same delivery schedule and avoid waste.
What are my packaging options?
Prescriptions can be filled in 31 day single dose Blister cards, 31 day single dose Opus Cassettes, 31 day multi dose Fastpak EXP packaging or bottles.
Are we confined to one particular package option?
No. You can choose which packaging option works best for the consumer .
Does one packaging option cost more than another?
No. There are no fees incurred for the package type that is chosen at any point for our customers. You have the option to choose.
How much notice do you need for a med or package change?
If a med change is needed, we need to know as soon as possible as well as the signed Physician Orders for each change. If possible, we need to know the packaging type change at least 30 days in advance.
No. Any tablet that is dispensed on a scheduled basis (with the exception of C2 Controlled Substances, PRN “as needed†medications and pre-dosed packaging) can be dispensed through our pharmacy.
What is the turn around on a prescription?
Next day delivery. (Allowing 24 hours for prescription to be filled and delivered)
Can I order and receive a prescription within the same day?
Yes. Please contact our pharmacy directly to see what constitutes an Emergency STAT fill and allow 2-4 hours for the prescription to be filled. 12. Is Complete Pharmacy Care pricing competitive with other pharmacies? Yes. Our pharmacy has a specialized Accounting Department that compares prescriptions against the Average Wholesale Pricing (AWP) guide to offer the most affordable and competitive pricing.
Can I get generic prescriptions through Complete Pharmacy Care?
Yes.
If a patient is required to have a Brand name prescription only, then we need a signed order from the prescribing physician that denotes the particular prescriptions that are to be dispensed on a Brand Name Medically Necessary only basis.
Our current office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Any call outside of these days & times are considered after hours calls. We have on-call pharmacists 24/7 that will be happy to help you receive the medications that you need.
This is dependent upon the contract or agreed terms with the facility/individual during initial enrollment.
Can I order Medical Supplies through Complete Pharmacy Care?
There are some medical supplies that can be ordered through Complete Pharmacy Care. If we do not have it in stock, there are durable medical equipment (DME) facilities that we can refer upon request.
